Who we are

Trim Render is a Miami Beach-based 3D visualization studio. We were founded in 2020 by Juan Delgado and Andy Jaime — a

visualization specialist and a licensed architect with a combined 40+ years in the industry.

We built Trim Render because we kept seeing the same problem: high-quality visuals meant slow timelines, expensive

firms, or work sent overseas with no real communication. Clients would brief one person and get work from someone

they'd never spoken to.

Our answer was simple — do everything in-house. Our studio is on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. No outsourcing, no

subcontractors. You work directly with the people building your visuals, start to finish.

Since 2020, we've worked with 200+ architects, developers and property owners on projects across the United States —

from single-family homes to large-scale commercial developments.

    Juan Delgado

    LEAD DESIGNER
    Juan has 20 years of experience creating photorealistic architectural visualizations for clients across the U.S. He's

    worked inside construction companies and 3D rendering studios as a project manager — direct contact with clients and

    artists, keeping projects on brief and on time. His tools are 3ds Max and the Adobe Suite.

    At Trim Render, Juan leads all visualization production and is your main point of contact throughout the project.

    Andy Jaime

    LEAD ARCHITECT
    Andy has been a practicing architect for 20+ years. He taught architecture at Sarasota University for five years and

    has worked at established architecture firms throughout his career. He specializes in floor plans and architectural

    design.

    At Trim Render, Andy reviews every deliverable for architectural accuracy before it goes to the client. What looks

    good has to make sense too.
